Events, Sampling & More on Abbot Kinney
We’ve officially popped.
In October we opened our first Pop-Up. Located on what GQ calls “the coolest block in America” our cosy shop on Abbot Kinney in LA is designed to give visitors a tranquil escape by immersing them in all things Ettitude. Everyone who steps into our oasis can learn first-hand about our revolutionary textile technology. Share thoughts on sustainable living. And experience what we mean when we say, ‘Trust us. You will want to sleep naked.”
“It was important for us to create a space where people felt invited to experience Ettitude. This goes beyond merely feeling our fabrics. The pop-up is a chance to immerse customers in exactly what it means to live with an ‘eco attitude’”, said CEO and Co-Founder, Phoebe Yu.
Over the past three months, we were able to partner with some of the coolest brands that embody what Ettitude stands for – living with an eco-attitude. Saje Wellness treated everyone to complimentary facials, Almond Cow served up breakfast in bed, AKUA introduced visitors to “Bamboo of the Sea” aka Kelp Jerky Bites, Beam blissed us all into oblivion with CBD, and we even turned the store into a mini spa with HIGHERDose’s infrared blankets. And if all of that isn’t enough, we also discovered that our favourite customers have four legs.
Most importantly we got to connect with YOU! The conversations about why you love Ettitude, your questions on how to care for your bedding, and your suggestions about future products are what we live for. In fact, it is this feedback that has us busy planning for 2020.
So what are the Abbot Kinney glitterati purchasing so quickly we can barely keep it in stock?
- Cloud Pink Bamboo Lyocell PJ’s to match the endless sunsets on the beach
- Feather White Lyocell Bamboo Sheet Sets that keep rooms light and bright
- Grey Waffle Robes to snuggle in post-bath ritual
- And of course eye masks for beauty sleep
New Decade. Same you. Just better rested.
So, what partnerships are in store (pun intended) for 2020 and beyond? Picture vegan manicures that match your Ettitude sheets, a curated sleep plan from TEDx speaker Dr. Claudia, light therapy sessions to aid in sleep, plant-based CBD products to use when things get hot under the sheets, and so much more!
Don’t live in LA? Don’t worry, we haven’t forgotten about you. It is our hope to open more pop-up locations in the future. We truly value the connections we are able to make face to face. In the meantime, you can look forward to new product launches that are innovative, sustainable, and chic.
“We couldn’t be more excited for 2020. We are pleased to announce that we will be extending our pop-up until the spring of 2020. Come see us. Come connect. We can’t wait to meet you.” said Kat Dey, Co-Founder and President.
